Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 ready-made pie crust
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into circles for mini pie tins.
  4. Press the crust into the tins and fill with the pumpkin mixture.
