Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
