- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is well browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Warm the pita pockets in the oven or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Fill each pita pocket generously with the beef mixture.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the filling before serving. Enjoy!
