Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes (Russet varieties)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes into thin fries and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  3. After soaking, drain and pat the potatoes dry with a towel.
  4. In a mixing bowl, toss the dry fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  5. Lay the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once they’re done, garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
