- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the potatoes into thin fries and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- After soaking, drain and pat the potatoes dry with a towel.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the dry fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Lay the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once they’re done, garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
