- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli until it is tender but still vibrant green, about 5-6 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes—be careful not to let it brown.
- Toss the steamed broccoli in the garlic butter until well coated.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts slightly and coats the broccoli.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
