A homemade version of the popular Taco Bell Beefy Melt Burrito, loaded with beef, cheese, and fresh toppings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink and drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and cooked rice, stirring until well combined.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave or skillet until soft.
- Layer the beef mixture, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, onions on each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortilla securely around the filling, tucking sides in as you roll.
- Serve immediately for the best taste experience.
