Description

A homemade version of the popular Taco Bell Beefy Melt Burrito, loaded with beef, cheese, and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink and drain excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and cooked rice, stirring until well combined.
  3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or skillet until soft.
  4. Layer the beef mixture, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, onions on each tortilla.
  5. Wrap the tortilla securely around the filling, tucking sides in as you roll.
  6. Serve immediately for the best taste experience.
