- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats and lemon zest in a mixing bowl, stirring them well.
- Whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, fresh lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, and stir until fully integrated.
- Transfer the mixture into individual jars or one large container, cover tightly, and refrigerate overnight.
- Give the oats a stir in the morning and top with additional lemon zest or fresh fruit.
Notes
