Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish for easy removal later.
- Combine the flour, powdered sugar, softened butter, and salt in a mixing bowl until a crumbly texture forms.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until it turns a light golden color.
- Whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, dried lavender, and baking powder in another bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the lemon-lavender mixture over your baked crust, spreading evenly.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the filling is set.
- Allow your Lavender Lemon Bars to cool, then cut them into squares and dust with extra powdered sugar if desired.
