Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the honey, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, mix just until combined.
- Fold in the dried culinary lavender gently for even distribution.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
