- 1 egg

Instructions
- Combine your drained tuna with flour, water, egg, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until everything is well mixed and you have a thick batter.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour small amounts of the batter into the skillet to form pancakes.
