Description

Quick and delicious Korean Tuna Pancakes that transform canned tuna into a savory delight, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine your drained tuna with flour, water, egg, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until everything is well mixed and you have a thick batter.
  2. Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour small amounts of the batter into the skillet to form pancakes.
  4. Cook each pancake for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Don’t crowd the pan; it’s better to do this in batches.
  5. Serve the pancakes hot, over a bed of rice or use them as filling in burgers.

Notes

Serve with spicy mayo or soy sauce for dipping. Pair with kimchi for an authentic experience.
