Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil (for a smooth chocolate drizzle)
  • ½ cup coconut flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup crushed nuts (optional)
  • A few drops of green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and marshmallows in a large saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  2. Add the key lime juice and zest, stirring until well combined.
  3. Combine the melted mixture with the Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl, folding gently.
  4. Assemble the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish, pressing evenly.
