Instructions
- Start by cutting the cucumber into 1/2 or 1/4 inch slices.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, finely chopped red bell pepper, drained tuna, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Stir until well combined.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Use a spoon to scoop the flavorful tuna mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes and chopped parsley before serving.
