- 1.5 cups Jasmine Rice

- 0.25 cup Sugar
- 0.33 cup Toasted Coconut
Instructions
- Add the vanilla coconut milk and salt to a medium saucepan. Heat on high until it begins to boil gently.
- Stir in the jasmine rice and sugar, mixing well.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the liquid is absorbed.
- Add a tablespoon or two of coconut milk if the rice feels too firm, and continue cooking until desired consistency is reached.
- Toast the coconut in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and top generously with the toasted coconut before serving.
Notes
