Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for a crispy crust.
- Make the white sauce by melting salted butter in a saucepan, adding minced garlic, then flour and gradually whisking in milk until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the dough by rolling it out into your desired shape and brushing the surface with olive oil.

- Add toppings of arugula, sprinkle red chile flakes, and drizzle balsamic vinegar. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
