Description

Delicious crispy potato wedges topped with gooey cheese, savory bacon, and creamy sour cream—a must-try twist on classic nachos.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 can (10 oz) nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into wedges or rounds, depending on your preference.
  3. Arrange the potato slices on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they turn golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven, and generously top with nacho cheese sauce, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon.
  6. Place the tray back in the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  7. After pulling it out, drizzle sour cream on top and sprinkle with sliced green onions for freshness.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy every bite!

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake potatoes a few additional minutes. Feel free to customize toppings with different cheeses or vegetables.
