Description
A delicious loaf that combines the rich warmth of brownies with hot fudge, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the granulated sugar until the mixture is well blended.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the brownie bread to cool slightly before drizzling with hot fudge sauce for that extra indulgence.
- Serve warm, and enjoy the decadence!
