A delightful grilled cheese sandwich combining savory white cheddar, sweet peaches, and honey, perfect for any occasion.

- 2 slices of bread (your choice; sourdough works wonderfully)
- 2 slices of white cheddar cheese
- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Butter for spreading
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Lay one slice in the skillet, butter-side down.
- Top with one slice of white cheddar cheese.
- Add the peach slices on top of the cheese, then drizzle the honey.
- Place the second slice of cheese on top of the peaches, followed by the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute before slicing, and serve.
Notes
For a different twist, try using pepper jack or brie. Pair with a side salad or creamy tomato soup.
