- 2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the corn, sour cream, cheddar cheese, honey, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour your mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is nicely set.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
