Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the corn, sour cream, cheddar cheese, honey, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour your mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is nicely set.
  6. Allow it to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
