Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce (if using), salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Add broccoli and cook until it’s tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Serve your creation over cooked rice and enjoy every bite!
