- 200g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 200g egg noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red, yellow, or green)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain them and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large pan or wok.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan, cooking until browned for about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced bell peppers and broccoli, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Toss in the cooked noodles, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce. Mix everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute beef with firm tofu or tempeh. Add chili paste for a spicy twist.
