Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 8 oz Boursin Cheese
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken: If needed, pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking.
  3. Mix cheese and herbs: In a bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Season: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until well blended.
  5. Coat the chicken: Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  6. Prepare the breadcrumb mix: In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, and melted butter. Mix to combine.
  7. Apply breadcrumbs: Press the breadcrumb mixture firmly on top of the cheese-coated chicken to create a crust.
  8. Bake: Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  9. Serve: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
