- 4 pieces boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 8 oz Boursin Cheese
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken: If needed, pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking.
- Mix cheese and herbs: In a bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, and rosemary.
- Season: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until well blended.
- Coat the chicken: Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Prepare the breadcrumb mix: In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, and melted butter. Mix to combine.
- Apply breadcrumbs: Press the breadcrumb mixture firmly on top of the cheese-coated chicken to create a crust.
- Bake: Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
