Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (like thyme or oregano)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper for that delicious flavor.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
  4. Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until they’re tender-crisp.
  5. Mix together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried herbs, salt, and pepper to create your creamy garlic sauce.
  6. Slice the chicken and layer it over the broccoli. Drizzle your creamy garlic sauce on top and prepare to enjoy!
