- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl, blending together ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, chopped Hatch chiles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- Cook the meatballs in the skillet for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- Serve meatballs warm, as an appetizer or over pasta for a main dish.
