- 1 head of lettuce (romaine or butter lettuce)

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Crumble the ground beef into the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced bell pepper, grated carrot, and chopped green onions. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Drizzle in the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Spoon the beef mixture into the cleaned lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
