Instructions
- Create the Cowboy Butter: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well-mixed and fragrant.
- Marinate the Chicken: Toss the bite-sized chicken pieces in the cowboy butter sauce until each piece is well-coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Get your grill ready by heating it to medium-high.
- Prepare the Skewers: Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto your skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked.
