  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Create the Cowboy Butter: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well-mixed and fragrant.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Toss the bite-sized chicken pieces in the cowboy butter sauce until each piece is well-coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Get your grill ready by heating it to medium-high.
