Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the garlic butter by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the loaf in half lengthwise.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the bread halves.
  5. Cheese it up by sprinkling shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered surfaces.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
