A quick and delightful dish featuring shrimp sautéed with garlic, cherry tomatoes, and white wine.

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Cooked pasta, rice, or zoodles (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, roughly 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and your white wine or broth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes have softened.
- Serve the shrimp and sauce over your choice of cooked pasta, rice, or zoodles, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Add a splash of lemon juice or red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
