Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, roughly 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and your white wine or broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes have softened.
  6. Serve the shrimp and sauce over your choice of cooked pasta, rice, or zoodles, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
