Instructions
- Start by washing and slicing your zucchinis.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and add the minced garlic.
- Combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic butter in a large bowl.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
- Thread the zucchini slices onto the skewers, securing them firmly.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Before serving, drizzle fresh lemon juice over the skewers.
