- 1/2 cup Fruity Pebbles (and extra for topping)
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons cereal milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a donut pan generously with baking spray.
- Combine milk, egg, oil, vanilla extract, and Fruity Pebbles in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, cereal milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip the cooled donuts in the glaze and sprinkle with additional Fruity Pebbles.
Notes
For gluten-free, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend. For a dairy-free version, use almond milk.
