- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped celery and chopped red onion
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and chopped dill pickles.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, fresh dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken and pickles, stirring until everything is well coated.
- If you desire extra crunch, fold in the chopped celery and red onion.
- Serve the salad chilled on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich, or with your favorite crackers.
