- 2 large naan breads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 fresh peach, thinly sliced
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 15 basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Combine the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Brush the oil-garlic mixture generously over both naan breads.
- Place the naan on a greased baking sheet.
- Layer the sliced mozzarella evenly over the pizzas.
- Top with peach slices, arranging them delightfully.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both naan breads for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, keeping an eye on it until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- If using balsamic reduction, combine the vinegar in a saucepan, bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, cooking until it thickens slightly.
- Once the pizzas are done baking, sprinkle the chopped basil leaves on top.
- Drizzle your optional balsamic reduction over the pizzas before slicing and serving.
