Description

A vibrant and unique pizza featuring fresh peaches and basil atop naan bread for a quick and delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 large naan breads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 fresh peach, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 15 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the oil-garlic mixture generously over both naan breads.
  4. Place the naan on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Layer the sliced mozzarella evenly over the pizzas.
  6. Top with peach slices, arranging them delightfully.
  7. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both naan breads for added flavor.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, keeping an eye on it until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  9. If using balsamic reduction, combine the vinegar in a saucepan, bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, cooking until it thickens slightly.
  10. Once the pizzas are done baking, sprinkle the chopped basil leaves on top.
  11. Drizzle your optional balsamic reduction over the pizzas before slicing and serving.
