Ingredients
- Fresh cucumbers

- Whole grain or white bread

Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
- Blend the cream cheese with chopped dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the cucumber slices atop the cream cheese on half of the bread slices.
- Place the other slices on top, cream cheese side down.
- Cut the sandwiches into desired shapes.
