Description

Refreshing and light cucumber salad sandwiches, perfect for summer gatherings or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • Fresh cucumbers
  • Cream cheese
  • Fresh dill (optional)
  • Whole grain or white bread
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
  2. Blend the cream cheese with chopped dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Layer the cucumber slices atop the cream cheese on half of the bread slices.
  5. Place the other slices on top, cream cheese side down.
  6. Cut the sandwiches into desired shapes.

Notes
