- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Combine almond flour, brown sugar, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth in one bowl.
- Stir in cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well mixed. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Beat together vegan butter, brown sugar, and flaxseed meal mixed with water until creamy in a separate bowl.
- Incorporate all-purpose flour into the creamy mixture gradually, stirring until just combined.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. Next, layer the cookie dough mixture on top.
- Swirl the two mixtures together slightly with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing into scrumptious bars.
Notes
