- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and placing it in a large mixing bowl.
- Make the marinade by whisking together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken with the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly covered and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated chicken in a lightly greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Rest the chicken for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with fresh rosemary sprigs and lemon wedges, if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or finish it with a pat of butter before serving.
