Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing minimally after each addition to prevent cracks.
  6. Fold in the fresh raspberries gently.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the center is slightly jiggly but set at the edges.
  9. Let it cool for a bit, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  10. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
