- 3 large egg whites

- 1/2 cup raspberry puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- Whip the egg whites in a separate bowl until foamy. Gradually add granulated sugar and whip until stiff peaks form, about 5-7 minutes.
- Fold the dry mixture into the whipped egg whites gently.
- Transfer the macaron batter into a piping bag. Pipe small circles onto your prepared baking sheet.
- Allow the piped macarons to rest for 30-60 minutes until they form a skin.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Prepare the filling by mixing the melted dark chocolate with raspberry puree and heavy cream until smooth.
- Sandwich the macarons together with the raspberry chocolate filling and enjoy!
