Description

Rich and fudgy dark chocolate cookies with fresh raspberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Fold in the fresh raspberries gently.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cookies are set but soft in the center.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
