Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl until frothy.
  3. Add the cottage cheese and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the chopped vegetables, optional cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grease a baking dish lightly with cooking spray or oil.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
