Description

A flavorful blend of frozen meatballs simmered with au jus, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini for a comforting dish perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (26-ounce) bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup butter, diced

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen meatballs in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the au jus mix and ranch seasoning evenly over the meatballs.
  3. Pour in the sliced pepperoncini peppers along with their juice, plus ½ cup of water.
  4. Add the diced butter on top of the mixture.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 180-240 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even flavor distribution.
  6. Once done, serve hot—either as a finger food appetizer or over a bed of potatoes or noodles.

Notes

For added flavor, brown the meatballs in a skillet before placing them into the crockpot. For a creamy finish, stir in cream cheese during the last hour of cooking.
