Instructions
- Combine the all-purpose flour, water, salt, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped spring onions until well incorporated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
- Pour a ladle of the batter into the skillet, spreading it to form a round pancake.
- Cook until the edges turn golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes, then flip to cook the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
- Serve warm with the dipping sauce.
