Description

Deliciously crispy garlic parmesan fries that are perfect for any occasion. Easy to make, they elevate any meal with their golden and cheesy flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into even strips about half an inch thick.
  3. Soak the potato strips in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Drain and thoroughly dry the potato strips using paper towels.
  5. Toss the dried potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  8. Remove the fries from the oven when golden brown. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

These fries are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
