Description
Deliciously crispy garlic parmesan fries that are perfect for any occasion. Easy to make, they elevate any meal with their golden and cheesy flavor.

- 4 medium Russet potatoes (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into even strips about half an inch thick.
- Soak the potato strips in a bowl of cold water for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain and thoroughly dry the potato strips using paper towels.
- Toss the dried potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Remove the fries from the oven when golden brown. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
These fries are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
