- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, ensuring it reaches the right temperature for frying.
- Fry the wonton wrappers one by one, using tongs to gently fold them into a taco shape. Fry for 20-30 seconds on each side until crispy and golden, then drain on paper towels.
- Cook the chicken in another skillet by heating sesame oil over medium heat, adding the diced chicken along with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
- Make the teriyaki glaze in a small saucepan by combining soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil over medium-low heat. Stir in the cornstarch slurry gradually until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Combine the teriyaki glaze with the cooked chicken and toss until evenly coated, then let it simmer for another minute.
- Assemble each crispy wonton shell with a generous spoonful of glazed chicken, topped with shredded cabbage, green onions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sriracha or spicy mayo if desired.
