Description

Transform cauliflower into a hearty, satisfying dish with these crispy baked cauliflower steaks, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauce of choice (tahini, ranch, or sriracha)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut the head into thick steaks, about 1 inch wide.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Brush the seasoned olive oil mixture on both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
  5. Arrange the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
