Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut the head into thick steaks, about 1 inch wide.
- Whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Brush the seasoned olive oil mixture on both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
- Arrange the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
