Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, and the dried herbs.

- Remove the tilapia from the skillet and set aside.

- Pour in the lemon juice and heavy cream, simmering until it thickens slightly.
- Return the tilapia to the skillet, ensuring each fillet is coated with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
