Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain it and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill pickle juice. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooled pasta, diced pickles, chopped dill, diced red onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until it’s well-combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Customize by adding crispy bacon or fresh herbs.
