Description

A delightful pasta salad featuring the tangy crunch of pickles and a creamy dressing, perfect for picnics and casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain it and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill pickle juice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the cooled pasta, diced pickles, chopped dill, diced red onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Toss everything together until it’s well-combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Customize by adding crispy bacon or fresh herbs.
