Description

A creamy and cheesy casserole that’s perfect for weeknight dinners, this crack chicken casserole will bring your family together.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in the cooked rice, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top, if using.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
  7. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
