- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
- Mix in the cooked rice, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top, if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
- Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
