Description

A warm, flaky pastry encasing a luscious crab filling that’s rich in flavor and quick to prepare, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough, separating it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise for bite-sized pieces.
  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll it up tightly toward the point.
  5. Place the rolled bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

For a twist, mix in shredded cheese or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor. Pair with a zesty dipping sauce for enhanced enjoyment.
