- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
- 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough, separating it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise for bite-sized pieces.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll it up tightly toward the point.
- Place the rolled bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and puffed up.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
For a twist, mix in shredded cheese or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor. Pair with a zesty dipping sauce for enhanced enjoyment.
