A creamy and dreamy Cottage Cheese Peanut Butter Mousse that’s surprisingly healthy and quick to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. In your blender, combine the cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and milk.
  2. Blend the mixture on high until it’s completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the mousse, and if you desire more sweetness, feel free to add a touch more honey or syrup.
  4. You can enjoy it right away, or for a firmer texture, chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
