Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
- Optional toppings: crushed nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh fruit
Instructions
- In your blender, combine the cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and milk.
- Blend the mixture on high until it’s completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mousse, and if you desire more sweetness, feel free to add a touch more honey or syrup.
- You can enjoy it right away, or for a firmer texture, chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle your choice of crushed nuts, chocolate chips, or fresh fruit on top for some added flavor and texture.
