- Combine the powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and peppermint extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small discs about an inch in diameter and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for approximately 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl until completely smooth.
- Dip each frozen disc into the melted chocolate, coating fully and letting excess drip off.
