Description
Delightful cookies that combine buttery dough with the nostalgic taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and white chocolate chips.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, crushed
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Vanilla icing (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add this dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch and white chocolate chips, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool the cookies on a wire rack before drizzling with vanilla icing. Enjoy!
Notes
For a non-dairy option, substitute butter with a plant-based alternative. Use semi-sweet chocolate chips for a different twist.
