Instructions

  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add this dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch and white chocolate chips, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
